Iced matcha at home: I like making mine with this matcha, plus a mix of coconut water and cashew milk (also cinnamon, plenty of it). Let me know if you try it.
Swapping podcasts for music: less chatter, more vibes lol. My brain has been feeling it all lately, and walking/cooking/waking up to music has felt especially grounding. This playlist as well:

My morning hydration bev: I simply mix this cellular hydration powder with 6-8 oz of room temperature water, first thing. Tastes like a barely-sweet lemonade. For beauty? Health? TBD, but I like it.
Also starting my mornings with this facial massage tutorial: again, whether it “lifts, drains, etc.” or not, I’m all in. Who doesn’t love a little pamper moment?
Being off TikTok: my brain is quieter. More spacious. I’m starting and ending my days with actual books. I’m only six days in (it’s a start!), would recommend.
Speaking of books: Cleopatra and Frankenstein by Coco Mellors. If you like Sally Rooney’s work, I think you’ll love this one too. I can’t put it down.
